Nationalbunker Sells Curated Single-Piece Archive Items. Each Piece Is Individual, Pre-Owned, And Authenticated By Us Before It Reaches You. Because Every Piece Is Unique And Cannot Be Restocked, Our Returns Posture Is Deliberately Strict. This Policy Sets Out Exactly When A Return Is Possible.

Swiss Law Does Not Provide A Statutory Right Of Withdrawal For Online Purchases. Nationalbunker Does Not Offer A Voluntary Return Window. All Sales To Customers In Switzerland And Liechtenstein Are Final.

Statutory Warranty Rights Under Art. 197 Et Seq. Of The Swiss Code Of Obligations Continue To Apply. You Remain Entitled To A Remedy If A Piece Is:

  • Materially Different From The Description Or Photos At Time Of Sale
  • Confirmed To Be Inauthentic After Independent Verification
  • Damaged In Transit Before Delivery
  • Not The Item You Ordered

European Union

If You Are A Consumer Resident In An EU Member State, You Have A Statutory Right To Withdraw From The Contract Within 14 Days Of Receipt, Without Stating A Reason, As Provided By The EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. This Right Cannot Be Excluded And Applies Independently Of Anything Else In This Policy.

How The Withdrawal Period Works

The 14-Day Period Begins On The Day You Or A Person Designated By You Takes Physical Possession Of The Piece. To Exercise The Right, You Must Notify Us By Email At contact@nationalbunker.store Before The 14-Day Period Expires. A Clear Statement Of Withdrawal Is Sufficient.

You Must Then Return The Piece Within 14 Days Of Notifying Us. We Recommend Using A Tracked, Insured Service.

Conditions And Permitted Deductions

To Preserve The Full Refund Amount, The Returned Piece Must Be In The Same Condition As Received, With All Tags And Authentication Documentation Attached. The Following Conditions Apply Within The Limits Of EU Law:

  • Return Shipping: Borne Entirely By The Buyer, As Permitted Under Art. 14(1) Of Directive 2011/83/EU.
  • Diminished Value: If The Returned Piece Has Been Handled Beyond What Is Necessary To Establish Its Nature, Characteristics, And Functioning, We Will Deduct An Amount Reflecting The Diminished Value, In Line With Art. 14(2) Of The Directive. This Includes Pieces Returned With Removed Tags, Visible Wear, Smoke Or Perfume Residue, Stains, Or Alterations.
  • Outbound Shipping Refund: Where Outbound Shipping Was Charged, We Refund Only The Cost Of The Cheapest Standard Delivery Option We Offered, Not Any Premium Or Expedited Service Selected By The Buyer, As Permitted Under Art. 13(2) Of The Directive.
  • Refund Timeline: The Refund Will Be Issued Within 14 Days Of Either Receiving The Returned Piece Or Receiving Proof Of Return Shipment, Whichever Is Earlier, To The Original Payment Method.

Items Not Covered By The Right Of Withdrawal

Under Art. 16 Of The EU Consumer Rights Directive, The Right Of Withdrawal Does Not Apply To:

  • Pieces Made Or Adjusted To Your Specifications, Where Applicable
  • Sealed Items Unsuitable For Return For Hygiene Reasons Once Unsealed (Underwear, Swimwear)
  • Pieces That Have Been Inseparably Mixed With Other Items After Delivery

Rest Of World

For Customers Resident Outside Switzerland, Liechtenstein, And The European Union, All Sales Are Final. Mandatory Consumer Protection Rights Of Your Country Of Residence Are Unaffected. Statutory Warranty Rights For Defective, Misdescribed, Or Inauthentic Pieces Remain.

Damaged In Transit Or Wrong Item Shipped

Inspect Your Order On Arrival. If A Piece Arrives Damaged, Defective, Or Different From The Listing, Contact Us Within 48 Hours Of Delivery At contact@nationalbunker.store With Clear Photos Of The Issue, The Outer Packaging, And The Item.

For Confirmed Issues That Are Our Responsibility, We Will Cover Return Shipping And Issue A Full Refund Including Any Original Shipping You Paid. Because Each Piece Is Unique, A Direct Replacement Is Usually Not Possible.

Authentication Disputes

Every Piece Sold By Nationalbunker Is Authenticated In-House Before Listing. If You Have A Reasoned Doubt About The Authenticity Of A Piece You Received, Contact Us Within 14 Days Of Delivery At contact@nationalbunker.store.

Outline Your Concerns And, Where Possible, Include Photos Or A Statement From A Recognised Authentication Service. We May Ask You To Return The Piece For A Second Internal Review.

If A Piece Is Confirmed To Be Inauthentic, We Will Issue A Full Refund Including All Outbound And Return Shipping Costs.

Vintage And Archive Disclaimer

Pre-Owned Pieces Naturally Carry Signs Of Wear, Age, And Material Change. These Are Documented In Each Product Description And Visible In The Photos At Time Of Sale.

Documented Vintage Characteristics Are Not Grounds For Return Or Refund. Examples Include Light Patina On Leather, Fading Specific To Vintage Black Cotton, Manufacturer Pinholes On Tags, Or Era-Typical Stitching Inconsistencies.

Only Undisclosed Or Materially Misrepresented Defects Qualify As Grounds For A Statutory Warranty Claim.

How To Initiate A Claim

Please Wait For Our Written Confirmation Before Returning Anything. Pieces Sent Back Without Prior Coordination May Be Refused At Receipt.

Refund Processing

Once We Receive And Inspect The Returned Piece (Within 3 Business Days Of Arrival), We Will Notify You Whether The Return Has Been Accepted And State Any Permitted Deductions.

If Accepted, The Refund Is Issued To The Original Payment Method Within The Statutory Timeline (14 Days For EU Withdrawal, Within 7 To 14 Business Days For Other Eligible Cases). Depending On Your Bank Or Card Issuer, It May Take A Few Additional Days For The Funds To Appear In Your Account. Refunds For Klarna Orders Are Processed Through Klarna.

Cancellations Before Shipping
