Nationalbunker Sells Curated Single-Piece Archive Items From Avantgarde, Punk, Rock, And Subculture Designers. Every Piece Is Pre-Owned, Vintage, Or Archive Stock. Each Piece Is Authenticated In-House Before Being Listed.

Product Descriptions, Measurements, And Photos Are Prepared In Good Faith. Slight Variation In Colour Display Across Screens Is Possible. Vintage Pieces Naturally Show Wear And Age, Which Is Documented In The Listing And Visible In The Photos.

Pricing

  • All Prices Are Listed In Swiss Francs (CHF).
  • Prices Are Inclusive Of Any Applicable Taxes. Because Nationalbunker Is Not Subject To Swiss VAT, No VAT Is Charged To Customers In Switzerland.
  • International Buyers May Be Subject To Customs Duties And Import Taxes In Their Country. These Are Not Included In The Price And Are Payable On Delivery.
  • Prices May Change At Any Time. The Price Shown At Checkout Is The Binding Price For Your Order.

Order Process And Contract Formation

Listings On The Store Are An Invitation To Treat, Not A Binding Offer. Your Order Constitutes An Offer From You To Us To Purchase The Selected Piece.

A Binding Sales Contract Is Formed When We Confirm Your Order By Email. We Reserve The Right To Decline An Order, For Example In Cases Of Suspected Fraud, Pricing Errors, Or Stock Issues. If We Decline, We Will Inform You And Refund Any Amount Already Paid.

Right Of Withdrawal

Swiss Law Does Not Provide A Statutory Right Of Withdrawal For Online Purchases. Nationalbunker Voluntarily Grants A 14-Day Return Window As Set Out In Our Refund Policy. EU Consumers Continue To Benefit From The Statutory 14-Day Right Of Withdrawal Provided By The Consumer Rights Directive.

Warranty And Liability

Pieces Are Sold “As Described”. Visible And Documented Wear Is Inherent To Pre-Owned And Archive Stock And Is Not A Defect.

The Statutory Warranty Under Swiss Code Of Obligations (Art. 197 Et Seq. OR) Applies For Latent Defects Existing At The Time Of Sale. Given The Pre-Owned Nature Of Our Stock, The Practical Scope Of This Warranty Is Limited To Defects That Existed At The Time Of Sale But Were Not Disclosed.

Authentication: We Authenticate Every Piece To The Best Of Our Knowledge And Experience. Where A Piece Is Conclusively Shown To Be Inauthentic, You Are Entitled To Return It For A Full Refund Including Shipping Costs, As Set Out In Our Refund Policy.

Limitation Of Liability

To The Extent Permitted By Law:

  • Our Total Liability Under Or In Connection With An Order Is Limited To The Amount You Paid For The Piece In Question.
  • We Are Not Liable For Indirect Or Consequential Damages, Including Loss Of Profit, Loss Of Business, Or Loss Of Data.
  • Nothing In These Terms Excludes Or Limits Our Liability For Wilful Misconduct, Gross Negligence, Personal Injury, Or Any Other Liability That Cannot Be Limited Under Mandatory Swiss Consumer Protection Law.

All Content On The Site, Including Text, Photos, Illustrations, And The Nationalbunker Logo, Is Owned By Nationalbunker Or Used Under Licence. You May Not Copy, Reproduce, Distribute, Or Create Derivative Works Without Prior Written Consent.

Designer And Brand Names Used On The Site Refer To The Original Manufacturers Of The Pieces We Resell. Nationalbunker Is Not An Authorised Reseller Of Any Designer Or Brand Listed. Brand Names Remain The Property Of Their Respective Owners.

User Conduct

You Agree Not To:

  • Attempt To Disrupt The Site Or Bypass Security Measures.
